How We Got Here
We didn’t start with a business plan. We started with burnout.
We were stuck in roles that didn’t fit. Targets kept moving. Expectations shifted. Change was constant. We weren’t failing. We were misaligned.
We saw good reps leave, and managers drowning in ambiguity. Burnout spread quietly beneath the surface. Despite all the enablement tools and meetings, nothing fixed the real problem.
So we built something different.
RolePotential began as a last-ditch experiment inside a stretched sales team. Instead of tweaking scripts or software, we focused on the core: clear roles, real expectations, and the mindset reps need every day.
Results showed up fast. Reps got clarity. Coaching started working. Performance improved because everyone finally knew what “great” looked like.
Other teams noticed. Word spread. As RolePotential grew, so did the impact.
